While learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition on the statement that now the Revenue Divisional Officer has granted a community certificate in his favour, learned State counsel would inform that according to his instructions, the community certificate of petitioner stands cancelled by the order of State Level Scrutiny Committee and this was not brought to the notice of the Revenue Divisional Officer, but, now the competent authority would be instructed to take appropriate action.

2. As petitioner is not willing to press the petition, petition is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
