This application has been filed by the applicant to accept the English translation of Tamil Will submitted in O.P.D.No.2324 of 2025.

2. According to the applicant, the Testatrix, Mrs.Anthonyammal executed a Will dated 16.04.1983 in favour of the applicant and the said Will was executed in Tamil, therefore, the applicant has filed this application to accept the Copy of English Translation of the Tamil Will.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Application is allowed.

Registry is directed to number the Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
