This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, in connection with Crime No.313/2025 with the stipulated time in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220001655C202500733 on 24.07.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
