The present Review Application has been filed by the petitioner in CRP(MD).No.44 of of 2025 seeking to review the order dated 12.02.2025.

2. The grounds of review and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the review petitioner would clearly disclose that an attempt is being made to reargue CRP(MD).No.44 of 2025. The grounds raised in the Review Application do not fall under the purview of Order 47 Rule 1 C.P.C.

3.There are no merits in the Review Application and the same stands dismissed. No costs.
