2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 14.11.2025 seeking inclusion of his name in the panel for promotion to the post of Forester for the year 2025-2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
