No.1172/2024/Voo.Va.6 dated 07.04.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to ratify the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka. No.2143/2017/Voo.Va.6 dated 15.12.2020 through the 2nd respondent to ratify the appointment of the petitioner on 16.05.1991 as Night Watchman by the 6th respondent and his further promotion as Office Assistant with effect from 01.12.1992 by the third respondent and consequently direct the fourth respondent to disburse the pensionary benefits, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
