PRAYER:-Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the Order dated 02.08.2024 made in Comp.A.No. 269 of 2024 passed by this Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that though this Court passed an order directing not to entertain any document in respect of the subject properties, the respondents 1 & 2 registered the sale deeds in respect of the subject properties, which were purchased by the respondents 3 to 6.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that they were not aware of the order of this Court dated 02.08.2024 made in Comp.A.No.269 of 2024, while purchasing the subject properties and now the respondents 3 to 6 in order to give quietus to the issue, offers to pay Rs.4,00,000/- per acre in addition to the amount which they have paid to their vendor for the subject properties and the petitioner also agreed for the same.

3.When such being case, this Court need not proceed further in this case.

The respondents 3 to 6 are permitted to deposit the amount offered by them to the credit of the C.P.No.73 of 2000.

4.Recording the submissions made by either parties, this contempt petition stands closed.

5.However, learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6 filed a Sub Applications seeking to ratify sale deeds in Doc.No.3776 of 2024 dated

22.08.2024, Doc.No. 5553 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024, Doc.No.5551 & 5332 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 in Doc.No.3777 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 and to declare it as valid sale deeds by receiving a sale consideration of Rs.4,00,000/- per acre to the credit of the 1st respondent.

6.This Court while sitting in Contempt jurisdiction cannot ratify the sale deeds as prayed by the respondents 3 to 6 and therefore, the Registry is directed to post those Sub Applications before the appropriate Court handling Company Applications.
