This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to quash the complaint preferred by the first respondent under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending on the file of the Special Court to Try Cases filed under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegations made against the petitioner in the complaint preferred by the first respondent are bald and vague. Therefore, the Magistrate ought not to have issued process to the petitioner.
