This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to quash the complaint preferred by the first respondent under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending on the file of the Mahila Court, Puducherry.
2. According to the petitioner, the first respondent has preferred the present complaint with false allegations so as to take personal vengeance against the petitioner.
