PRAYER This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prayed to issue a direction to the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore to dispose of EA No.241 of 2012 in EP No.47 of 2011 in OS No.45/2010 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The revision petitioner is the auction purchaser who had taken out an application in E.A.No.241 of 2012 for delivery of possession, subsequent to his purchase of the property in the Court auction.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite of the delivery also ordered by the executing Court, the petitioner is unable to conclude the proceedings. Admittedly, the suit was filed in the year 2010 and the execution application was filed, by the auction purchaser, even in the year 2012. The Hon’ble Supreme Court, as time and again, held that the execution proceedings should not be delayed and should be disposed within a period of six months.
