This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to produce the petitioner’s husband namely Sasi aged 34 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.According to the petitioner, from 10.11.2025, her husband went missing and in this regard, she lodged a complaint with the 3rd respondent Police and an FIR also
