O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N. SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to produce the petitioner’s husband namely Sasi aged 34 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.According to the petitioner, from 10.11.2025, her husband went missing and in this regard, she lodged a complaint with the 3rd respondent Police and an FIR also came to be registered in Crime No.289 of 2025 for “Man Missing”. However, so far, the petitioner’s husband has not been traced. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner’s husband had borrowed a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- from various Creditors and in order to avoid them, he left the house. He has also sent videos to his wife threatening to commit suicide.

4.Admittedly, a case has been registered and investigation is in progress. Let the investigation continue and the detenu be traced and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

5.With these directions, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
