When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is covered by the order of this Court dated 24.11.2025 in W.P.No.22062 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after going through the copy of the order as furnished to him and submitted that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 24.11.2025 in W.P.No.22062 of 2019.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission and the reasons alike as stated in the Order dated 24.11.2025 in W.P.No.22062 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

4. Registry is directed to append the copy of the order in W.P.No.22062 of 2019 with this order.
