By relying on sale deed dated 03.11.2014 and joint Patta No.1110 in the name of four persons, including the petitioner's vendor, the petitioner had applied for grant of patta and to survey and fix boundaries of the petitioner's property. This writ petition relates thereto.
2. Upon service of notice, the name of the fourth respondent is printed in the cause list. In spite of doing so, the fourth respondent remains unrepresented. Hence, the writ petition is proceeded with in the absence of the fourth respondent.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader refers to the inquiry notice issued in July 2024 to the petitioner and all the pattadhars. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request within three months.
4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to proceed with, conclude the inquiry and issue orders on the petitioner's request for patta and survey within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all the pattadhars under Patta No.1110. No costs.
