ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to approve petitioners appointment as B.T.Assistant (Mathematics) w.e.f. 21.07.2025 in pursuant to the communication issued by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 7250/A4/2025 dated 28.10.2025, within the stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the proposal sent by the fifth respondent had been forwarded by the fourth respondent to the third respondent and pending consideration with the third respondent, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the proposal as forwarded by the fourth respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 7250/A4/2025 dated 28.10.2025, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

No costs.
