This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Spl S.C.No.25 of 2025, for the offences under Sections 5(l), 5(j)(ii) and 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and 9 of the Child Marriage Act on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur, on the ground of compromise.
