O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3144 of 2025 dated 06.10.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate ( Additional Mahila), Vellore.

2. The petitioner was arrested for the offence under Sections 351(2) of BNS read with Section 4 of TNPHW Act and thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate ( Additional Mahila), Vellore on 06.10.2025 granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3144 of 2025 with one of the condition as follows:

the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate ( Additional Mahila), Vellore along with two sureties one surety must be a blood relatives and must be produced title deed to show his means.

This Court finds that, the above condition imposed by the learned Magistrate is onerous condition and therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition to the effect that the “ the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate ( Additional Mahila), Vellore along with two sureties. 3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is ordered. The other conditions remains unaltered.
