ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order dated

26.09.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5977 of 2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, thereby dismissing the petition filed for return of I phone.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, based on the secret information, the respondent police have intercepted the A1’s vehicle and found that he along with other accused was in possession of 1.250 kgs. of ganja. Hence, a case has been registered in Crime No.32 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1)
