It is stated by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the order passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.28630 of 2014 dated 16.02.2015 has been complied with. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature.

2. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, in case the petitioner is of the view that the amount has not been fully paid, liberty is hereby granted to him to workout his remedy in accordance with law, including filing of the Contempt Petition before the concerned Full Bench.
