Challenging the orders of the Central Administrative Tribunal, dated 26.04.2025, setting aside the orders passed by the Government dated 12.03.2022 rejecting the request of certain Indian Forest Service Officers belonging to 2014, 2015 and 2016 batches to revise the date of awarding of Senior Time Scale of Pay to 01.01.2020 on completion of four years of service without reference to their passing of departmental tests, the present writ petitions have been filed by the Government. The Tribunal has further directed the competent authority to sanction Senior Time Scale of Pay to the respondents on
