ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 30.09.2025.

2. Heard Mr.C.Balasundar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents, on written instructions received from third respondent, submitted that the enquiry has been fixed on 23.12.2025. After conducting enquiry, the report will be placed before the second respondent.

4. In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to second respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner based on the report submitted by the Tahsildar within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
