Mr.P. Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The relief sought in this writ petition is a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 10.06.2025 seeking issuance of a Legal Heir Certificate within a time frame.
