ORDER
The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-
“Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider Form No.4A, CAR No.0336637/20, dated 21.08.2024 and register the death of Late.Archunan and consequently direct the respondents to issue the death certificate pertaining to the death of Archunan, in accordance with Law”
2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 3 and 4. Mr.S.Vinayak, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
3 By consent of both the party, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father-in-law namely Archunan had passed away on 17.08.2023 and the information regarding his death was also intimated to the 3rd respondent on the very same day. Subsequent to his death, the petitioner has approached the 3rd respondent for issuance of death certificate and the 3rd respondent had stated that the petitioner has to submit Form No.4A in order to get the death certificate.
5. In this connection, the petitioner has submitted Form No.4A along with requisite fees and all the relevant documents pertaining to the death of the his father in law in C.A.R.No.0336637/20 dated 21.08.2024, however, the respondents had failed to issue the death certificate of the petitioner's father in law namely Archunan. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court.
6. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 would submit that the Form No. 4A submitted by the petitioner dated 21.08.2024 bearing C.A.R.No. 0336637/20, will be considered and orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.
7. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the Form No. 4A submitted by the petitioner dated 21.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two (2)
from today.
8. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
No costs.
