This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant dated 08.03.2025, issued by Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Masigtrate Leval-V at Saidapet, in STC No.4443 of 2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the warrant of commitment on a sentence of imprisonment, has been duly executed and the accused namely V.Rajathi, W/o.Venkatesan has also been produced before the Court Concerned.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
