COMMON ORDER
W.P.No.5009 of 2025 has been filed challenging the proceedings of the
2nd respondent dated 02.09.2021, which was confirmed in appeal by the 1st respondent through proceedings dated 30.10.2024, whereby, the recognition granted to the petitioner was withdrawn on the ground that there is change in management. The same has been confirmed in appeal by the 1st respondent.
2.W.P.No.31744 of 2025 has been filed for a direction to the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University to publish the result of the I Semester Examination and to allow the students to apply and write the arrear papers and also to allow the students to write the II Semester Examination with respect to the B.Ed., course.
