The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 to act upon the representation of the petitioner for making appropriate arrangements to regulate the number of vehicles that may be allowed in the premises of Arulmigu Adhikaruvannarayar temple at Kejahatti, Sathyamangalam, Erode District during the temple function scheduled to be held between 23.02.2024 and 25.02.2024 instead of imposing a blanket restriction on the number of vehicles permitted to the premises per day and pass such further orders as may be considered.

3. Since in the connected petition we have passed a detailed order, which has now been made final, number of vehicles which are permitted in the forest area on festival days would be governed by our order dated 24.1.2025. Therefore, the present petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
