This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated

10.05.2019 passed by the second respondent.

2. Though this Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of dismissal dated 10.05.2019, the petitioner has also filed an appeal against the said order of dismissal, which is pending on the file of the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner cannot simultaneously challenge the order of dismissal both by way of this Writ Petition and through the appeal.

Hence, this Writ Petition is not maintainable.

3. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal dated 06.08.2025 filed by the petitioner against the order of dismissal, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after affording him an opportunity of personal hearing and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
