ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai to expeditiously dispose of the O.A.No.19/2022. 2. The 1st respondent herein filed O.A.No.19/2022 before the Waqf Tribunal against the petitioner and other respondents seeking injunction restraining the petitioner from interfering with his alleged possession over the subject matter of the original application.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings were completed as early as 11.01.2023 and the original application was posted for enquiry on 16.02.2023.

4. It is stated that there is no much further progress in the original application thereafter.

5. Taking into consideration the pleadings of the parties are already completed and original application was posted for enquiry as early as February 2023, this Court is inclined to direct the Waqf Tribunal to dispose the O.A.No.19/2022 as expeditiously as possible.

6. With this direction, the civil revision petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
