Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in No.6292/2018/A7 dated 03.12.2018, on the file of the 3rd respondent and to quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to extend the period of tenancy by formulating a committee for fixation of fair rent as per Clause -III of G.O.Ms.No.92, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the following relief :
“to call for the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in No.6292/2018/A7 dated 03.12.2018, on the file of the 3rd respondent and to quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to extend the period of tenancy by formulating a committee for fixation of fair rent as per Clause -III of G.O.Ms.No.
92, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department.”
2. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that subsequently by resolution of the 3rd respondent, the rent has been reduced in respect of Door Nos.4 and 5 to the following effect :
From 01.04.2016 : Rs.3,489/- From 01.04.2019 : Rs.4,012/- From 01.04.2022 : Rs.4,614/-
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to make the entire payment.
4. Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
