After completion of argument, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has deceased in September, 2022 and the Legal Heirs of the deceased petitioner did not come on record till date. By submitting as above, learned Special Government Pleader filed a copy of the death certificate of the deceased petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
