2. Heard both sides. With the consent of both sides, the present Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order has been passed as against the fifth respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner applied for service connection to his house situated in Survey No.61/3, Elathur Village, Thalavaipatti Kombai, Kadaiyampatti Taluk, Salem to the third respondent, however, the same was objected by the fifth respondent stating that there is one electric pole/post in her house in S.No.61/2D2 and not to take service connection from it and the same was communicated to the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the letter sent by the Tahsildar of Kadaiyampatti dated 24.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as the fifth respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There
