JUDGMENT

The Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction made in S.C.No.486 of 2016 dated 08.12.2021 on the file of the Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai.

2. The appellant is the sole accused in S.C.No.486 of 2016, facing charge under Section 306 IPC, on the file of the Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai.
