3.M.K.Ravichandran, Respondent(s) PRAYER:This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Selection List dated 01.08.2012 for the appointment to the Post of BT Assistant Tamil (backing vacancies) for the years 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 of the first respondent, in so far as it relates to the appointment of the third respondent quash the same and consequently for a direction, directing the first respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of BT Assistant (Tamil), based on his State Level Seniority with the employment exchange.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Selection List dated 01.08.2012 for the appointment to the Post of BT Assistant Tamil (backing vacancies) for the years 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and to appoint the petitioner to the post of BT Assistant (Tamil), based on his State Level Seniority with the employment exchange.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that a similar prayer was made in W.P.No.15235 of 2019 and the same was disposed of by this Court on 26.09.2025.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner has any grievance, he can challenge the order made in W.P.No.15235 of 2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
