This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the final report in S.T.C.No.144 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, filed against the petitioner/A1 for the offences punishable under Section 4A(1a) of the Tamil Nadu Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act, 1959.
