Heard both sides.

2. The authorities have clarified before this Court that except issuing the building license, they have not done any other act. The building license is issued based on the stability certificate. That pertains only to the strength of the building alone. The authorities clarified before this Court that they have nothing to do with the title dispute between the petitioner and the contesting private respondents. It appears that the matter is presently pending before the civil Court. It is for the parties to obtain an appropriate order in the pending civil suit. Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
