ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24554 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2023 in the light of the order passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1022 of 2020 dated 07.01.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner’s representation and passed order in Na.Ka.No.7790/Aa2/2024 dated ....10.2025, thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner. She also produced a copy of the proceeding dated ...10.2025, before this Court.

3. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If there are any grievances over the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised.
