2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board), vide proceedings dated 28.07.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4578, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department and also produced a copy of the same.

3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
