This Second Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree of the Court of III Additional Judge at Pondicherry in A.S.No.92 of 1998 dated 30.4.1999, confirming the judgment and decree of the learned II Additional District Munsif, Pondicherry in O.S.No.62 of 1995 dated

30.6.1998.
