Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3^rd, 4th and the 5th respondents to conduct enquiry and scrutinise the title deed of 9th Respondent Kalaivani in Doc. NO.1452/1987 dated 30.11.1987 and cancel the Patta and town plan survey to an extent of 292 sq.ft over and above 1818 sq.ft as per the document No.1452/ 1987 with which she is trying to encroach into the petitioner's land.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd, 4th and the 5th respondents to conduct enquiry and scrutinise the title deed of 9th Respondent Kalaivani in Doc. NO.1452/1987 dated 30.11.1987 and cancel the Patta and town plan survey to an extent of 292 sq.ft over and above 1818 sq.ft as per the document No.1452/ 1987 with which she is trying to encroach into the petitioner's land .

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, respondents 3 to 5 are directed to consider the petitioner's case as prayed in this writ petition and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
