ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent DEO dated ___.04.2025 (signed as 29.04.2025) and further direct the 3^rd and 4^th respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of A.Gnanamathi as B.T., Assistant (Science), P.Regin Mary as B.T., Assistant (Maths) and M.Josephin Kavitha as Tamil Pandit in the petitioner school w.e.f., 18.11.2019, 11.11.2019 & 11.11.2019 respectively with all attendant benefits including arrears of salary.

2. Heard Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The proposals that had been submitted by the petitioner Management had been returned with an instructions to resubmit the proposals, once the clarifications with regard to the appointment of B.T., Assistant are received from the Government.

A counter affidavit had been filed indicating that till the surplus in other institutions within the Corporate Management or the other institutions of the education institute are deployed, there can be no new appointments made by the management schools. A reliance has been placed on the compendium that was made in the order of Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.76 of 2019, dated 31.03.2021, that grant-in-aid had been provided to support the private Educational Institution in the interest of the students.
