The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.29 of 2024 on the file of the Thuvarankurichi Police Station registered for the offences under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. The petitioner's tipper lorry bearing Registration No.TN67 BZ 2499 was seized by the respondent Police in connection with
