PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to declare “Managing Committee Meeting” convened by 4th respondent on 15.11.2025 is illegal, void, ab initio, ultra vires, without jurisdiction and non est in law, by taking in to note of the representation dated 18.11.2025 and in the light of order dated 28.03.2017 passed in WA No.1765 of 2016 by the High Court at Ernakulam Bench of Kerala High Court and which was affirmed by Honble Supreme Court in SLP No.10116/2017 dated 13.4.2017.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file civil suit before the competent Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file civil suit before the competent Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
