PRAYER Directing the official Respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 12/06/2025 and to issue fresh / rectification patta in respect of land to an extent of 0.0031.0 Sq.m Comprised in Survey No.62/7 instead of Survey No.63.7 Sangeethapatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, within the time to be stipulated by this Honourable court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the official respondents to rectify the patta in respect of the land, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2.The petitioner claims that patta issued in her favour has wrongly disclosed the survey number as 63/7 instead of 62/7. In such circumstances, a representation has been made to the respondents by the petitioner on 12.06.2025. According to the petitioner, the said representation was not considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and that a final order will be passed within a period of one week. He would also submit that the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as prayed for in this writ petition.

4.Since the representation of the petitioner has already been considered, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on the last representation given by the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, she is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to her under law. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
