Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate proceedings against the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.35691 of 2023 dated 01.02.2024 and punish him accordingly.

O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.35691 of 2023 dated 01.02.2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have preferred a writ appeal in W.A.No.2593 of 2025 before a Division Bench of this Court, challenging the order dated 01.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.35691 of 2023. It is further submitted that by an order dated 04.09.2025, the Division Bench has granted an order of stay of the operation of the order passed in W.P.No.35691 of 2023 dated

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition after the disposal of the said writ appeal, if he succeeds therein.
