The revision challenges the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by the learned Magistrate in C.M.P.No.216 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sulur, dismissing the petitioner’s application for the return of his vehicle, alleged to have been involved in Crime No.152 of 2024 registered for the offences under Section 24(1) of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003, and Section 123 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
