ORDER
The Civil Revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the V Additional Family Judge, Chennai to dispose of the petition for divorce filed by the petitioner in HMOP.No.626 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner filed a petition for divorce and a perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings are already completed. It is seen that the matter was posted for cross-
examination of PW-1.
`3. Taking into consideration the original petition was filed in the year
2024, the pleadings are already completed and the matter was posted for cross- examination of PW-1, this Court is inclined to direct the V Additional Family Judge, Chennai to dispose of the OP as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of.
No costs.
