O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of

the order dated 12.08.2022 made in W.P.No.12567 of 2017.

2.Pursuant to the statutory notice ordered on 28.11.2025, the respondent/ contemnor appeared before this Court. The further appearance of the respondent/ contemnor is dispensed with.

3.This Court vide order dated 12.08.2022 made in W.P.No.12567 of 2017 directed the respondent to refer the matter under the relevant provisions of the Land Acquisition Act to the competent civil Court, pursuant to which, the respondent has referred the matter to the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram and the same has been taken on file by the said Court as LAOP No.1508 of 2025. 4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
