PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt

of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the contemnors/respondents herein for

their deliberate and wilfull disobedience of the order of this Court dated

30.01.2025 passed in WP(MD) No.2726 of 2025 which is amounting to

contempt of Court under the Contempt of Courts Act 1971.

ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of

the orders of this Court dated 30.01.2025 in WP(MD) No.2726 of 2025,

wherein, this Court had directed the third respondent to consider the

proposal submitted by the school Management for approval of the

appointment of writ petitioner.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the third respondent in

the writ petition issued proceedings on 16.12.2025 rejecting the proposal

submitted by the management.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed with liberty

to the petitioner or the Management to challenge the proceedings dated

16.12.2025, if they are so advised.
