ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in

F.I.R. in Crime No.314 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 for the offences under sections

296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and section 4 of Tamil Nadu

Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 on the file of the first

respondent police and to quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police

submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report

has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of on the file of the

learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhuranthagam.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate

(Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently,

the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
