(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN J.)

The petitioner, who is mother of the detenue, Pon Tejaswini, has filed this petition stating that her daughter was found missing from 29.11.2025. It is the case of the petitioner that the detenue would have been forcibly taken away by the third respondent and hence, she lodged a complaint with the second respondent police but no action taken. Hence, the present petition is before this Court.

2. Today, the Inspector of Police, T-9, Pattabiram Police Station produced the detenue, Pon Tejaswini before this Court.

3. On enquiry, it is found that the detenue had left the home on her own volition and stayed at her friends’ house. She has also stated that the third respondent has not illegally detained her. Since the detenue is a major and she is safe, we find no reason to interfere with this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed.
