2. This review application has been filed seeking clarification that the petitioner may be permitted to file review of the order passed by the revisional authority under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

3. Once this Court examined the matter on merits and was not inclined to grant any relief keeping open the prayer for regularisation, the clarification as sought cannot be granted.

4. The review application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
